For project work, payment and refund terms are set out in your quotation or agreement. Advance payments cover work already started and are refundable only as stated there.
Training, workshops and events
Cancellation requests made before the programme starts will be reviewed case by case. Once a programme has begun, fees are generally non-refundable.
If we cancel
If we cancel a paid programme or event, you will get a full refund or the option to move to a later date.
How to request
Email us with your name, payment reference and reason. We aim to reply within 7 working days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
